Your $15 deposit is applied to kept pairs. A $15 restocking fee is applied to all orders that include a return.

Click the Try Before You Buy button, located on each product page and add up to 3 different frames to your Try Before You Buy cart. At checkout you will be asked for a $15 deposit.
When your Try Before You Buy order arrives you will also receive an email from BlackCart (please check your spam folder too if you don't see the email) with a link to the return portal. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have trouble finding the email.
In the return portal you can decide what you’d like to keep and what you’d like to return and also print a free return shipping label. Please keep the original box and packaging to send your return back as you received it.
Yes coupons can be used on Try Before You Buy items, just enter the coupon code at checkout. So sorry Afterpay is also not currently available for Try Before You Buy.
All Mohala sunglasses, blue light glasses, and prescription frames are available for the Try Before You Buy Program. Accessories are not currently available for Try Before You Buy. Try Before You Buy is available for all U.S. addresses.
Nope! We just authorize your credit card for a $15 deposit. You are only charged for what you keep and the $15 deposit is applied to all purchases. A $15 restocking fee is applied to all orders that include a return.
If you do not return your Try Before You Buy sunglasses within the 5 day window or if the returned frames are damaged (please only wear the frames in your home during Try-On period), we will need to charge your card on file the full price of each pair.
In order to avoid this charge your Try Before You Buy order needs to be postmarked and on its way back to Mohala Eyewear by the fifth full day after delivery (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need an extra day or two email us at email@example.com and we can help!
If there is a delay receiving the shipment please email us firstname.lastname@example.org we can help extend your trial period.
If you exchange your pair, your return shipping is on us! You will be able to print a free shipping label through the return portal once your frames arrive. A $15 restocking fee is applied to all orders that include a return.
Yes all frames are cleaned and quarantined for at least five days before shipping.
