What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your product hasn’t shipped yet we will do our best to make the changes before we ship your order. We want you to love your sunnies!
What if my sunglasses arrive damaged?
Oh no that’s the worst! Send us a photo of your damaged sunnies right away at email@example.com and we will cover the cost to ship you a new pair of sunglasses! We will make this right!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. Hawaii residents will incur a 4.5% sales tax.
When will I get my order?
Our processing time is 7-10 business days for sunglasses currently in stock.
What is your shipping method?
Orders ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We are so sorry international shipping is not available at this time.
How do I get free shipping?
Join the Noela Societe! All Societe members receive free shipping on all online orders. Want in? Join here!
The shipping fee for non-members is a $15 flat rate.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to request rush shipping for an additional $25.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
It is important to us that you LOVE your sunglasses, so we have a 90-day, free shipping, no restocking fee return policy. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Can I do an exchange?
So sorry at this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a full return and place a new order.
