Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Free shipping is provided for all returns in the U.S.  Returns can be made on all full priced merchandise within 90 days of purchase from mohalaeyewear.com.  Products on sale and international orders are all sales final. Items must be returned with complimentary case and microfiber pouch all in saleable condition (unless it is a manufacture defect) for a full refund.  Please repack the sunglasses in their pouch and case and wrap case in original packaging to protect it.  If a case is returned damaged and unsaleable the sunglasses price will be refunded minus a $20 case damage fee (the retail price of the case). 


Start A Return
To make a return is super easy.  Click here to submit your order number and email and set up your return.  A free return shipping label will be emailed to you to print and tape to the outside of the box for the return. Please check your junk email box and add bloom@mohalaeyewear.com to your outlook address box. The original box the sunglasses were mailed in may be used for the return shipment or another box of similar size. 
Thank you for your understanding that Mohala Eyewear will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

If you do not receive your refund within 10-14 days of shipping it to us please email us immediately so we can check the status of the shipment and if the package has been lost.   

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your sunglasses for another pair, please select this option during the return process.  Or you may elect to receive a store credit for your return.  Click here to start an exchange.  One free exchange is allowed per purchase.  Additional exchanges can be arranged and customer will be responsible for shipping fees.  Exchanges are for domestic orders only.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. We reserve the right to reject returns if the return criteria is not met or if there is abuse of the return policy. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.

Depending on the credit card company, it could take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit has been applied for it to post. 

Warranty 

We want you to have the BEST experience with your frames and so they are warranted to the original purchaser for two full years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship when purchased from mohalaeyewear.com  This warranty is void if original lenses or frames are altered.  We will repair or replace, at our opinion, any pair of Mohala Eyewear found to be defective-exclusive of damages caused by accidents post purchase or factors outside of our control.  The warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage.  The warranty doesn't cover shipping costs.
