What is your best strategy for balancing work, family and self-care?
“This is ALWAYS a struggle. I give major props to all my fellow business women because it is so challenging to keep that balance. I work A LOT so even if I'm working at home I like to have my daughter nearby for any cuddle or chat opportunities. I keep my sanity by going to Shakti Flow (or twerk yoga as I lovingly call it) twice a week with my best friend and I hang out with my husband watching a fave TV show after our daughter goes to bed for a couple of hours nightly. I have a very tight circle of friends that can get me out of my house so I try to see them once or twice a month.” Ashlee Valeros, Hair Designer
