Shipping Policy
Free shipping and free returns on all online orders.  
    You will receive your products in 7-10 business days.
      Need your sunglasses sooner? Please email us at bloom@mohalaeyewear.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional rush shipping fees will apply.  
        We unfortunately don’t offer international shipping at this time. But we plan to in the future!  Please email us at bloom@mohalaeyewear.com with the country you would like us to ship to.  We will use your requests to plan for future international shipping. 
          What is the Mohala Ohana?
          The Mohala Ohana is our tribe.  Ohana means family in the Hawaiian language.  Upon joining the Mohala Ohana members will receive a email with a coupon code for $10 off their next Mohala Eyewear purchase online.  On the second Tuesday of every month they will receive our Evolving Elegantly email newsletter.  The Mohala Ohana will always be first to hear of sales, giveaways, new products and collaborations.  To join the Mohala Ohana input your email address by clicking here.     
            Return / Exchange Policy

              We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Free shipping is provided for all returns.  Returns are to be made within 90 days of purchase from mohalaeyewear.com.  Items must be returned with complimentary cleaning cloth, case, and reusable bag (if bag was included with purchase) all in undamaged condition. Unless the damage is due to a manufacturer’s defect, then we will of course accept the return.

              To make a return is super easy.  We will email you a shipping label to print and tape to the outside of the box for the return. The original box the sunglasses were mailed in may be used for the return shipment or another box of similar size. 

              If you’d like to exchange your sunglasses for another pair please follow the return policy to return your sunglasses for free and then place an order for the new pair of sunglasses you’d like to receive. We apologize in advance for the longer process for exchanges.

              Thank you for your understanding that Mohala Eyewear will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.



                    Start a Return
                    To start a return please email us at bloom@mohalaeyewear.com, include your name and the address you will ship the return from and we will email you a shipping return label and detailed instructions to complete the process.
                        Refund
                        Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. We reserve the right to reject returns if the return criteria is not met or if there is abuse of the return policy.
                        Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
                        Depending on the credit card company, it could take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit has been applied for it to post.
